The Esmond Cup is the French International Championship for young girls (up to 21 years old)
It has always been of great importance to young players in Europe both in my time and now.
It helped create great friendships!
On this page I will put pictures of this Championship but also of various encounters from this period with Great Britain, such as the Martini Trophy which was played at Seaford with Mum as captain then Brigitte Varangot and Martine Gajan-Giraud.
